M\u011bl by tak\u00e9 zabr\u00e1nit zbyte\u010dn\u00fdm vypnut\u00edm b\u011bhem b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m BMS, kter\u00fd sice chr\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nky, ale po b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee voz\u00edk p\u0159estane fungovat, bude p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed na servis. Syst\u00e9m BMS, kter\u00fd po p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouhou dobu p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd proud, sice m\u016f\u017ee zajistit lep\u0161\u00ed u\u017eivatelsk\u00fd komfort, ale sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed spolehlivost akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9ho modulu.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odolnost proti vibrac\u00edm chr\u00e1n\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 veden\u00ed<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voz\u00edk na n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed se pohybuje, nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a vibruje. Norma UN 38.3 zahrnuje zkou\u0161ky na vibrace a n\u00e1razy, av\u0161ak ka\u017edodenn\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed voz\u00edku st\u00e1le vy\u017eaduje ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na \u00farovni konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed aplikace.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baterie nemus\u00ed selhat hned po prvn\u00edm n\u00e1razu. M\u016f\u017ee selhat a\u017e po m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch pohybu po nerovn\u00fdch podlah\u00e1ch a povr\u0161\u00edch na staveni\u0161t\u00edch. Odoln\u00e1 sod\u00edko-iontov\u00e1 baterie by m\u011bla zajistit \u010dl\u00e1nky, sb\u011brnice, kabel\u00e1\u017e, desky BMS, senzory, konektory a upev\u0148ovac\u00ed body tak, aby elektrick\u00e1 cesta z\u016fstala stabiln\u00ed. Odolnost proti vibrac\u00edm nen\u00ed jen ot\u00e1zkou mechanick\u00e9 pevnosti; jde tak\u00e9 o elektrickou spolehlivost.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spojky a nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed kabel\u016f jsou obvykle prvn\u00edmi slab\u00fdmi m\u00edsty<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S poj\u00edzdn\u00fdmi voz\u00edky na n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed se zach\u00e1z\u00ed hrub\u011bji ne\u017e s pevn\u011b instalovan\u00fdmi sk\u0159\u00edn\u011bmi na akumul\u00e1tory. Pokud je konstrukce konektoru nedostate\u010dn\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k poru\u0161e akumul\u00e1toru v m\u00edst\u011b p\u0159ipojen\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se u \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f projev\u00ed jak\u00e9koli probl\u00e9my.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odoln\u00e9 pouzdro by m\u011blo chr\u00e1nit svorky pro vysok\u00e9 proudy, nab\u00edjec\u00ed porty, komunika\u010dn\u00ed porty a pomocn\u00e9 stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy. Odleh\u010den\u00ed tahu kabel\u016f je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee voz\u00edk je v pohybu, zat\u00edmco kabely mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159ipojeny k n\u00e1stroj\u016fm, nab\u00edje\u010dk\u00e1m nebo dokovac\u00edm stanic\u00edm. Mnoh\u00e9 poruchy jsou p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00e9: voz\u00edk se p\u0159i pohybu vypne, nab\u00edje\u010dka funguje pouze p\u0159i ur\u010dit\u00e9m \u00fahlu kabelu nebo se spust\u00ed jisti\u010d m\u011bni\u010de kv\u016fli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu odporu svorky. Jedn\u00e1 se o probl\u00e9my s rozhran\u00edm, nikoli o chemick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stupe\u0148 kryt\u00ed by m\u011bl odpov\u00eddat pracovn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pohybliv\u00fd voz\u00edk na n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n v \u010dist\u00e9 d\u00edln\u011b, zapr\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 tov\u00e1rn\u011b, servisn\u00ed hale, na staveni\u0161ti, ve venkovn\u00edm prostoru nebo ve skladu. Prach, vlhkost, kovov\u00e9 piliny, olejov\u00e1 mlha, chemik\u00e1lie a ne\u010distoty mohou m\u00edt vliv na prostor pro baterii.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norma IEC 60529 definuje stupn\u011b ochrany IP proti prachu a kapalin\u00e1m, tak\u017ee stupe\u0148 ochrany IP je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd pro popis odolnosti proti vniknut\u00ed ciz\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Samotn\u00fd stupe\u0148 ochrany v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je dan\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se voz\u00edk s n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1.
