Kone\u010dn\u00e9 dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed by m\u011blo vych\u00e1zet z \u00fadaj\u016f na typov\u00e9m \u0161t\u00edtku motoru, \u00fadaj\u016f o zablokovan\u00e9m rotoru, limit\u016f m\u011bni\u010de a v\u00fdsledk\u016f aplika\u010dn\u00edch test\u016f.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I p\u0159i dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed kWh m\u016f\u017ee \u010derpadlo selhat, pokud dojde k vypnut\u00ed st\u0159\u00edda\u010de, odpojen\u00ed syst\u00e9mu BMS nebo pokud pokles nap\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed mezn\u00ed hodnotu. Kl\u00ed\u010dovou ot\u00e1zkou je, zda syst\u00e9m zvl\u00e1dne spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed proud, dobu zrychlen\u00ed, pokles nap\u011bt\u00ed a opakovan\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, ani\u017e by do\u0161lo k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ochrann\u00e9 meze.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zam\u011b\u0159uje na st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e1 \u010derpadla nap\u00e1jen\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm m\u011bni\u010de. Provozn\u00ed energie ur\u010duje, jak dlouho m\u016f\u017ee \u010derpadlo pracovat, zat\u00edmco rozb\u011bhov\u00fd v\u00fdkon ur\u010duje, zda se \u010derpadlo v\u016fbec dok\u00e1\u017ee rozb\u011bhnout. Nejedn\u00e1 se o stejn\u00fd konstruk\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9m.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cerpadlo m\u016f\u017ee po dosa\u017een\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010dek motoru b\u011b\u017eet p\u0159i p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b energie, av\u0161ak p\u0159i rozb\u011bhu m\u016f\u017ee na kr\u00e1tkou dobu vy\u017eadovat mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed proud. Baterie, m\u011bni\u010d, syst\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed baterie (BMS), kabely, pojistky, konektory a \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka mus\u00ed tuto kr\u00e1tkou ud\u00e1lost bez probl\u00e9m\u016f zvl\u00e1dnout, ne\u017e se v\u016fbec za\u010dne uva\u017eovat o dob\u011b provozu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sod\u00edko-iontov\u00fdch akumul\u00e1tor\u016f to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee samotn\u00e1 kapacita nesta\u010d\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed akumul\u00e1torov\u00fd blok sice m\u016f\u017ee prodlou\u017eit dobu provozu, ale pokud limit \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho proudu syst\u00e9mu BMS, jmenovit\u00e1 hodnota \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho proudu m\u011bni\u010de nebo trasov\u00e1n\u00ed stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9ho kabelu nedok\u00e1\u017eou zajistit spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u010derpadlo se p\u0159esto nemus\u00ed spustit.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toto je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed v projektech z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00edch \u010derpadel: dostate\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon neznamen\u00e1 v\u017edy dostate\u010dn\u00fd spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed v\u00fdkon.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Typ \u010derpadla ovliv\u0148uje n\u00e1ro\u010dnost spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010derpadlo zp\u016fsobuje stejn\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Mal\u00e9 ob\u011bhov\u00e9 \u010derpadlo, zavla\u017eovac\u00ed \u010derpadlo, \u010derpadlo pro hlubok\u00e9 studny, posilovac\u00ed \u010derpadlo, odvod\u0148ovac\u00ed \u010derpadlo, p\u0159e\u010derp\u00e1vac\u00ed \u010derpadlo a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 procesn\u00ed \u010derpadlo mohou syst\u00e9m zat\u011b\u017eovat r\u016fzn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u011bkter\u00e1 \u010derpadla se spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed snadno, zat\u00edmco jin\u00e1 mus\u00ed p\u0159i spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat tlak, v\u00fd\u0161ku sloupce vody, odpor potrub\u00ed, zp\u011btn\u00e9 ventily nebo velk\u00e9 mechanick\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. \u010cerpadlo, kter\u00e9 se v jedn\u00e9 instalaci spou\u0161t\u00ed snadno, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v jin\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee, proto\u017ee hydraulick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky jsou odli\u0161n\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motor a \u010derpadlo by proto m\u011bly b\u00fdt posuzov\u00e1ny spole\u010dn\u011b. Bateriov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee spustit \u010derpadlo s mal\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopen spustit stejn\u00fd motor, pokud je p\u0159ipojen k hlub\u0161\u00ed studni, p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdtlaku, s zaseknut\u00fdm zp\u011btn\u00fdm ventilem, dlouh\u00fdm potrub\u00edm nebo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pou\u017eit\u00ed tlakov\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed to\u010div\u00fd moment.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud motoru trv\u00e1 zrychlen\u00ed d\u00e9le, vysok\u00fd proud trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le. Syst\u00e9m BMS, m\u011bni\u010d a kabely jsou pak po del\u0161\u00ed dobu vystaveny z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. Baterie nevn\u00edm\u00e1 pouze jmenovit\u00fd v\u00fdkon motoru. Vn\u00edm\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky p\u0159i rozjezdu.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u011bni\u010d mus\u00ed odolat p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U st\u0159\u00edda\u010d\u016f pro motory \u010derpadel na st\u0159\u00eddav\u00fd proud je \u010dasto prvn\u00edm omezuj\u00edc\u00edm prvkem pr\u00e1v\u011b st\u0159\u00edda\u010d. Ten mus\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bt stejnosm\u011brn\u00fd proud z baterie na st\u0159\u00eddav\u00fd v\u00fdstup a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvl\u00e1dnout spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed proud \u010derpadla. Pokud je jmenovit\u00e1 hodnota spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edho proudu st\u0159\u00edda\u010de p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k jeho poru\u0161e je\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se skute\u010dn\u011b projev\u00ed probl\u00e9m s bateri\u00ed.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud je prahov\u00e1 hodnota pro odpojen\u00ed m\u011bni\u010de p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9m nap\u011bt\u00ed nastavena p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysoko, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k jeho vypnut\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poklesu vstupn\u00edho stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed b\u011bhem spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud je logika op\u011btovn\u00e9ho spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nedostate\u010dn\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee \u010derpadlo opakovan\u011b zap\u00ednat a vyp\u00ednat, co\u017e vede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sod\u00edko-iontov\u00e1 baterie sice m\u016f\u017ee dod\u00e1vat proud, ale m\u011bni\u010d mus\u00ed tuto ud\u00e1lost st\u00e1le p\u0159ijmout. Proto je t\u0159eba kontrolovat spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010derpadla na vstupu m\u011bni\u010de, a nikoli pouze na svork\u00e1ch baterie.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u011bni\u010d \u010din\u00ed sv\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nam\u011b\u0159\u00ed po zohledn\u011bn\u00ed ztr\u00e1t v kabel\u00e1\u017ei, v\u00fdpadku pojistky, odporu konektoru, poklesu nap\u011bt\u00ed v syst\u00e9mu BMS a vnit\u0159n\u00edho odporu bateriov\u00e9ho modulu. I funk\u010dn\u00ed baterie m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bni\u010di p\u0159ipadat slab\u00e1, pokud je proudov\u00e1 cesta pro stejnosm\u011brn\u00fd proud nedostate\u010dn\u011b dimenzovan\u00e1.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syst\u00e9m BMS mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dimenzov\u00e1n s ohledem na \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd proud a dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syst\u00e9m BMS by nem\u011bl b\u00fdt vyb\u00edr\u00e1n pouze na z\u00e1klad\u011b trval\u00e9ho vyb\u00edjec\u00edho proudu. Spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010derpadla m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eadovat kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd proud. Pokud je limit \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho proudu v syst\u00e9mu BMS nastaven p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzko, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k odpojen\u00ed akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9ho modulu je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e \u010derpadlo dos\u00e1hne po\u017eadovan\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud je doba trv\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee se motor rozto\u010dit a pot\u00e9 zastavit. Pokud se teplotn\u00ed ochrana syst\u00e9mu BMS bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9 mezn\u00ed hodnot\u011b, mohou opakovan\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsobit n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty, i kdy\u017e je ka\u017ed\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sod\u00edkov\u00fdch iont\u016f st\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zkou konstrukce hotov\u00e9ho akumul\u00e1toru. \u010cl\u00e1nky, v\u00fdkonov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st syst\u00e9mu BMS, sb\u011brnice, vnit\u0159n\u00ed zapojen\u00ed, styka\u010de nebo MOSFETy, svorky, pojistky, konektory a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kabel\u00e1\u017e \u2013 to v\u0161e tvo\u0159\u00ed jeden \u0159et\u011bzec spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edho proudu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O tom, zda syst\u00e9m spust\u00ed \u010derpadlo, rozhoduje nejslab\u0161\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota Ah automaticky nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m se \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdm proudem v syst\u00e9mu BMS. Kapacita ovliv\u0148uje dobu provozu. O tom, zda se motor dok\u00e1\u017ee spustit, rozhoduje konstrukce proudov\u00e9 cesty.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pokles nap\u011bt\u00ed je obvykle skryt\u00fdm spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010derpadla \u010dasto sel\u017ee, proto\u017ee nap\u011bt\u00ed na kr\u00e1tkou dobu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 poklesne. B\u011bhem spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje vysok\u00fd proud pokles nap\u011bt\u00ed na \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch, v syst\u00e9mu BMS, na sb\u011brnic\u00edch, v kabelech, pojistk\u00e1ch a konektorech.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud nap\u011bt\u00ed na vstupu m\u011bni\u010de klesne pod mezn\u00ed hodnotu, dojde k odpojen\u00ed m\u011bni\u010de. Pokud bateriov\u00fd modul p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed mezn\u00ed hodnotu n\u00edzk\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed nebo nadproudu stanovenou syst\u00e9mem BMS, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k jeho odpojen\u00ed. Po zastaven\u00ed \u010derpadla m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k op\u011btovn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu nap\u011bt\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit nejasnosti ohledn\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny poruchy.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010castou st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed v ter\u00e9nu je:&nbsp;<strong>\u201eBaterie st\u00e1le ukazuje, \u017ee je nabit\u00e1, ale \u010derpadlo se nespust\u00ed.\u201c<\/strong>&nbsp;To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pravda. Akumul\u00e1torov\u00e1 sada sice m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b dostatek energie, ale syst\u00e9m prost\u011b nedok\u00e1\u017ee b\u011bhem spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed udr\u017eet dostate\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U \u010derpadel m\u00e1 nap\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159i z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam ne\u017e nap\u011bt\u00ed v klidu. Kontrola nap\u011bt\u00ed bez z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee nep\u0159edstavuje ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00edzk\u00fd stav nabit\u00ed baterie (SOC) a n\u00edzk\u00e9 teploty zt\u011b\u017euj\u00ed nastartov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cerpadlo, kter\u00e9 se spou\u0161t\u00ed p\u0159i pln\u00e9m nabit\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm stavu nabit\u00ed (SOC) selhat. Jak se baterie vyb\u00edj\u00ed, rezerva nap\u011bt\u00ed se zmen\u0161uje a stejn\u00fd spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00ed proudov\u00fd r\u00e1z m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit pokles nap\u011bt\u00ed pod mezn\u00ed hodnotu st\u0159\u00edda\u010de nebo pod ochrann\u00fd bod syst\u00e9mu BMS.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud je syst\u00e9m provozov\u00e1n venku nebo v chladn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, mohou se vnit\u0159n\u00ed odpor a pokles nap\u011bt\u00ed st\u00e1t z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, a to v z\u00e1vislosti na konstrukci hotov\u00e9ho akumul\u00e1toru a teplotn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chemie sod\u00edkov\u00fdch iont\u016f m\u016f\u017ee nab\u00eddnout u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro provoz p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, zejm\u00e9na u venkovn\u00edch a odlehl\u00fdch \u010derpadlov\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed.
