Z pohledu akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9ho modulu p\u0159edstavuje rekuperace kr\u00e1tk\u00fd nab\u00edjec\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee nastat n\u00e1hle, opakovan\u011b a n\u011bkdy i p\u0159i vysok\u00e9m proudu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sod\u00edkov\u00e1 baterie se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i zrychlov\u00e1n\u00ed dob\u0159e vyb\u00edjet, ale p\u0159esto m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee s rekuperac\u00ed, pokud jej\u00ed limit nab\u00edjec\u00edho proudu, horn\u00ed nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e1 mez, nastaven\u00ed ochrany syst\u00e9mu BMS nebo zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba regul\u00e1toru nejsou p\u0159ipraveny na zp\u011btn\u00fd proud. Baterie toti\u017e neslou\u017e\u00ed pouze k nap\u00e1jen\u00ed voz\u00edku. Pokud rekupera\u010dn\u00ed proud tla\u010d\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed baterie sm\u011brem k horn\u00ed hranici, m\u016f\u017ee syst\u00e9m BMS omezit povolen\u00ed nab\u00edjen\u00ed nebo nab\u00edjen\u00ed zcela zablokovat, aby ochr\u00e1nil \u010dl\u00e1nky.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U sod\u00edkov\u00fdch bateri\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt tato mezn\u00ed hodnota definov\u00e1na na \u00farovni baterie. Syst\u00e9m BMS mus\u00ed zn\u00e1t povolenou hodnotu nab\u00edjec\u00edho proudu p\u0159i vysok\u00e9m stavu nabit\u00ed (SOC), v\u011bd\u011bt, jak bl\u00edzko je baterie k horn\u00ed mezn\u00ed hodnot\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed, a ur\u010dit, jak\u00e1 reakce je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u00e1hl\u00e9 odpojen\u00ed.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nejbezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 povolov\u00e1n\u00ed rekuperace, nikoli \u201epovolen\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 rekuperace\u201c.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syst\u00e9m BMS mus\u00ed zvl\u00e1dat zp\u011btn\u00fd proud, ani\u017e by do\u0161lo k poru\u0161e pohonu<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syst\u00e9m BMS chr\u00e1n\u00ed akumul\u00e1tor p\u0159ed p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00edm, nadproudem, extr\u00e9mn\u00edmi teplotami a nerovnov\u00e1hou \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. B\u011bhem rekuperace jsou tyto ochrany aktivn\u00ed na stran\u011b nab\u00edjen\u00ed.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud syst\u00e9m BMS zaznamen\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 siln\u00fd rekupera\u010dn\u00ed proud nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee dojde k zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00edjen\u00ed. To sice chr\u00e1n\u00ed baterii, ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zm\u00e1st \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotku voz\u00edku, pokud tato jednotka o\u010dek\u00e1vala, \u017ee baterie bude zp\u011btnou energii p\u0159ij\u00edmat. V\u00fdsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pocit prudk\u00e9ho brzd\u011bn\u00ed, n\u00e1hl\u00e9 p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed rekuperace, porucha \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky nebo neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed voz\u00edku.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sod\u00edkov\u00e1 baterie p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 na rekuperaci by se nem\u011bla spol\u00e9hat na nouzovou ochranu jako na b\u011b\u017en\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt vybavena nab\u00edjec\u00ed cestou BMS, nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdmi prahov\u00fdmi hodnotami, proudov\u00fdmi limity a interakc\u00ed s \u0159\u00eddic\u00edm syst\u00e9mem, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou zvl\u00e1dnout o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 rekupera\u010dn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompatibilita ovlada\u010de rozhoduje o tom, zda se regenerace jev\u00ed jako p\u0159irozen\u00e1<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka motoru ur\u010duje, jak siln\u00e9 bude rekupera\u010dn\u00ed brzd\u011bn\u00ed, kdy k n\u011bmu dojde a jak intenzivn\u011b se energie vrac\u00ed do s\u00edt\u011b. Baterie pak ur\u010duje, kolik t\u00e9to energie je schopna p\u0159ijmout.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka, kter\u00e1 byla p\u016fvodn\u011b nastavena pro olov\u011bn\u00e9 baterie, nemus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9mu rozsahu sod\u00edko-iontov\u00e9ho akumul\u00e1toru. I u \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky nastaven\u00e9 pro lithium je t\u0159eba prov\u00e9st kontrolu, proto\u017ee limity syst\u00e9mu BMS, horn\u00ed nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e1 hranice a chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i nab\u00edjen\u00ed se li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm akumul\u00e1toru.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka, kter\u00e1 nedok\u00e1\u017ee omezit rekuperaci p\u0159i pln\u00e9m nabit\u00ed baterie, m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit aktivaci ochrann\u00e9ho re\u017eimu akumul\u00e1toru. Syst\u00e9m BMS, kter\u00fd se jednodu\u0161e odpoj\u00ed bez koordinace s \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotkou, m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat poruchu j\u00edzdy.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro v\u00fdrobce origin\u00e1ln\u00edho vybaven\u00ed (OEM) a distributory by m\u011bla b\u00fdt kompatibilita \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek definov\u00e1na na z\u00e1klad\u011b chov\u00e1n\u00ed, nikoli pouze na z\u00e1klad\u011b nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 platformy. Provoz za n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eadovat sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nebo deaktivaci rekuperace, dokud se sada nedostane do povolen\u00e9ho nab\u00edjec\u00edho rozsahu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V modern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9mech m\u016f\u017ee komunikace s BMS umo\u017enit \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotce omezit rekuperaci, pokud je p\u0159\u00edjem nab\u00edjen\u00ed omezen. V jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9mech bez komunikace mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nastaven\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky dostate\u010dn\u011b konzervativn\u00ed, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo opakovan\u00fdm z\u00e1sah\u016fm BMS.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlem je p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 brzd\u011bn\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 rekuperace energie, nikoli maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rekuperace za v\u0161ech okolnost\u00ed.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chladn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed m\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro regeneraci<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regenerativn\u00ed brzd\u011bn\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed k dob\u00edjen\u00ed. Pokud \u0159adi\u010d a syst\u00e9m BMS nejsou vz\u00e1jemn\u011b slad\u011bny, m\u016f\u017ee syst\u00e9m ne\u010dekan\u011b spustit v\u00fdstrahy, sn\u00ed\u017eit rekuperaci, ztratit schopnost rekuperativn\u00edho brzd\u011bn\u00ed nebo p\u0159ej\u00edt do ochrann\u00e9ho re\u017eimu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na trz\u00edch v chladn\u00fdch oblastech by se rekuperace m\u011bla pova\u017eovat za sou\u010d\u00e1st strategie nab\u00edjen\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Schopnost vyb\u00edjen\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee rekuperativn\u00ed nab\u00edjen\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch je bezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rozsah nap\u011bt\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jmenovit\u00e1 hodnota uveden\u00e1 na \u0161t\u00edtku baterie<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baterie pro golfov\u00e9 voz\u00edky s nap\u011bt\u00edm 36 V, 48 V nebo 72 V m\u016f\u017ee odpov\u00eddat jmenovit\u00e9mu nap\u011bt\u00ed voz\u00edku, ale chov\u00e1n\u00ed rekuperace z\u00e1vis\u00ed na horn\u00ed hranici nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9ho rozsahu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u011bhem rekuperace m\u016f\u017ee nap\u011bt\u00ed rychle stoupat. Pokud je horn\u00ed mez nap\u011bt\u00ed sod\u00edko-iontov\u00e9ho akumul\u00e1toru ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka, m\u016f\u017ee syst\u00e9m BMS zaznamenat p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed d\u0159\u00edve. Jsou-li nastaven\u00ed rekuperace v \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotce p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 agresivn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1r\u016fst nap\u011bt\u00ed spustit ochrann\u00e9 mechanismy. Je-li akumul\u00e1tor t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 pln\u011b nabit\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee i m\u00edrn\u00e1 rekuperace p\u0159iv\u00e9st syst\u00e9m na hranici limitu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jmenovit\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed je jen prvn\u00ed krok. Nab\u00edje\u010dka m\u016f\u017ee dod\u00e1vat regulovan\u00fd proud po cel\u00e9 hodiny.
